Our converted farm cottages are situated on a 200-acre working livestock farm and surrounded by the stunning landscapes of the South Downs National Park. Each cottage has original vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and modern amenities that provide a comfortable stay for all. When you stay with us, you’ll be able to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside while being close to the wedding venue.
After a day of celebrating, you can return to the cottage and unwind in a peaceful setting. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, patio area and living area for you to relax and feel right at home. Our enclosed gated courtyard is a secure environment and is ideal for families or groups of friends who are attending the wedding. It’s a great place to gather before heading off to the venue or for the morning after.
We are within walking distance of West Chiltington village where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. There is also the Queens Head pub and St Mary’s Church which is known for its 12th-century wall paintings which are both worth a visit during your stay.
Our cottages are suitable for wedding couples and wedding guests with the Bulls Box sleeping 2, Mouse House sleeping 2 and Dairy Byre sleeping up to 4 guests. There is ample parking which makes it easy to transport wedding outfits and gifts from your car to the cottages or for transporting them to the wedding venue. If you are staying longer, there are plenty of local attractions for you to explore and if you would like to bring your dog, the Mouse House is our dog-friendly accommodation.
