Step back in time at our collection of award-winning holiday cottages, where centuries of farming heritage blend seamlessly with contemporary comfort. Each cottage tells its own story: Dairy Byre, our Visit England 4-star Gold Award winner, was once the farm’s bustling milking parlour where cows were hand-milked and the milk was stored in traditional churns for village deliveries. Bulls Box served as home to the farm bull, whilst Mouse House stored animal feed.
These wonderful conversions preserve the buildings’ agricultural soul through stunning split vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and original stone and brickwork, creating accommodation brimming with authentic farm character.
Set around a private courtyard on our working 200-acre livestock farm, the cottages offer unparalleled access to the South Downs National Park’s rolling landscapes. With panoramic views stretching across the Surrey Hills and endless footpaths meandering through our fields and ancient bluebell woodland, this is countryside living at its finest.
